'404 Not Found' Error When Logging In

• If you are not logged in, and you try to access page that requires an account directly by clicking on a web address, you will be prompted to log in.  So far, so good.  The problem is that even if you enter the correct username and password, Plone sometimes displays a 'Our apologies'/'404 not found' error, and it doesn't look like you are logged in.  You probably are logged in, and if you click the link or cut and paste the address again, and you should be able to see the page.  The easy way to get around this is to always log in to the site before trying to go directly to a specific page or use a 'deep link'.
  

Editor Quirks (aka Kupu)

• Pasting rich text into the editor work consistently.  It seems to convert everything into plain text, at least in Firefox.  This is on my research list.
  
• When creating entering a link in the editor's link preview form, the current location of the cursor is not shown.  Also, sometimes the webpage bleeds through the scrollbar.  Neither is a functional problem, they just look a little strange.
• Using the backspace or return keys near the top or bottom of a definition list may cause it to revert to an unordered list.  The only fix I'm aware of is editing the HTML directly.  If you run into this problem, email me.
• The style drop-down box in the green bar should usually say normal when you are typing in a regular paragraph, but sometimes it changes to say "<no style>" or "Mixed Styles" even if you don't have headlines or bullets selected.  If this happens, select the section of text affected, and choose 'Normal' again from the drop-down box.
  
• Sometimes using the tab key to go to the next field actually puts the cursor in the search box in the upper right of the screen.

Deleting Items

If a content item is no longer needed, or is added accidently, it needs to be deleted by GroupLeader, a GroupAdmin or a Manager.  To bring it to their attention:

• Choose 'Advanced...' from the state menu on the upper right of the page
• Add a comment explaining the reason for deletion (be sure to use the word delete - make it clear what you want the reviewer/manager to do with the item)
  
• Select 'Submit' in the 'Change State' section
• Click the 'Save' button
  

This will add it to the queue of items to be reviewed.

GroupSpaces Quirks

• GroupSpaces are indicated by the little two-headed 'lego people' icons.
• The email tab of GroupSpaces does not work.

Other

• I've installed a feature to prevent two people from editing the same page at the same time, but it stopped working.  For now, try to avoid editing pages created by others, unless they know you are editing it and are not working on the same page at the same time.  This is a clunky fix, I know.  Adding a comment is a substitute, but a poor one.  In all likelihood, we will need to collaboratively using other tools, and store copies of key versions of each document in Plone for future reference.
  
• The 'my folder' link in the upper right is broken.  I'm looking for a way to remove it.
